Sustainable economic development and social empowerment for all
  Community Physical Infrastructure Program (CPI)

Good infrastructure can help and allow communities to live safe and productive lives. Water and sanitation systems are basic human needs; drainage systems prevent disease’s spread, roads bring people together and to lead economic growth and prosperity. Physical infrastructure plays a crucial role in the sustainable development of rural areas and small communities. Whether it’s the building and planning of pedestrian-oriented main streets in small towns to stimulate economic development, or the improvement of public transportation infrastructure to enhance the movement of goods, transportation literally binds a community together.

Helping the people of district Gujranwala, develop sustainable communities and improve their quality of life is the mission area of Community Physical Infrastructure program of JWS. JWS implemented irrigation project paved paths, soling, PCC, Tuff tile, Sewerage, Culverts, covered drain, LWC and installation of peter engine. Rural areas and small communities can tailor the benefits of community physical infrastructure programs towards the development of transportation systems that stimulate economic activity while maintaining the unique quality of life.

Community Physical Infrastructure program provides necessary training and necessary technical, financial and institutional support to partner community organization at community level.
